An organization studying chemistry of the ocean water in different parts of the world compares concentrations of 9 chemical compounds found in each probe and performs additional analysis if they turn out to be significantly different.

By switching  NovoSpark Visualizer to the "Identify Data Clusters" mode and loading chemistry data from different areas as separate datasets the researchers can visually determine whether the water probes differ from each other or are fairly similar. For instance, the screenshot below clearly demonstrates that the two samples taken in Atlantic  and Pacific  oceans show up as two separate data clusters, so it is easy to conclude that the water chemistry in these regions is not the same.

The Front View projection is used for further investigation of differences between data clusters and individual observations within a single cluster. The following screenshot shows that the observation curves in the two groups differ from each other, and even some observations within the orange cluster are slightly different from the others belonging to the same group.
