An organization studying the chemistry of the ocean's water in different parts of the world compares concentrations of the nine chemical compounds found in each probe and performs additional analysis if they turn out to be significantly different.

By switching  NovoSpark Visualizer  to the "Identify Data Clusters" mode and importing chemistry data from different areas as separate datasets the researchers can visually determine whether the water probes differ from each other or are fairly similar. For instance, the screenshot below clearly demonstrates that the two samples taken in Atlantic  and Pacific  oceans show as two separate data clusters, so it is easy to conclude that the chemistry of the water in these two regions is not the same.

The Front View projection is used for further investigation of differences between data clusters and individual observations within a single cluster. The following screenshot shows that the shapes of the observation curves in the above two groups are vastly different, and even some observations within the orange cluster are slightly different from the others in their group.
